Taoist Breath Practice

Step 1: Posture

Sit straightly or just lying down, recommended to sit, trying to make the acupuncture of Baihui/Vertebrobasilar (Center of Head); Middle Dantian (Center of Chest/Breast); Low Dantian/Public (Center of Belly) in the same line.

Step 2: Focus

Pick up a shining object/point, stare the point by concentrating both eyes through frame of nose (putting both pupils together). In this way, you can allow mess mind, but no talk.

Step 3: Eye Movement

After 15 minutes, while feeling sore in eyes, close both eyes, turn eyes 36 times clock-wise, then conduct air into low Dantian; turn eyes 36 times anti clock-wise; then conduct air into low Dantian.

Step 4: Visualization

Concentrate mind in Low Dantian, relaxing full body, imaging Venus; Jupiter; Mercury; Mars; Saturn around body; if feeling sleepy, go sleep.

Theory

1.

According to Chinese Medicine, human body was formed from the 5 planets around the earth instead of from our mother.

Nothing is eternal but Qi, (in European Theory, Qi is also called Ether or Force and modern science has proved the existence of ether), obtaining this force is by relaxing body, that's why relaxation is key in breath.

Important Note

Breath is not the meaning of breathing or way of breathing or even breath. DON'T care about breath in practising breath.
